Potable water spigots are dispersed throughout the campground along with bathrooms with flush toilets. There are showers in the campground next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open during the warmer months from April through September. The campground store is a convenient place to buy souvenirs, ice, snacks, and other things you may have left at home.

If you have a party larger than 20 people, you can reserve adjacent group sites. Large oak trees provide plentiful shade for much of the campground. Some campsites seem a little too close together, while others are more private.

For tent camping, sites along loop C are furthest from the general store and said to be the most private. Campsites at Pinnacles Campground can be reserved in advance by calling or online at recreation.

Pinnacles Campground has 99 non-powered tent sites, 36 powered RV sites, and 14 non-powered group sites. National park passes like the annual America the Beautiful Pass are accepted in place of entry fees. Of those, 82 are standard campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Another 37 have electric hook-ups for RVs or trailers. One site is for tents only. Some sites are in an open meadow area while others are tucked under trees near the creek.

There are also 14 Group Campsites. Pinnacles National Park has 14 group campsites. Each of the sites can accommodate up to 20 people and 5 vehicles.

All the campsites are tents-only, with no RVs permitted. The campsites have picnic tables, fire rings, and food lockers. Reservations at group sites can be made up to a year in advance. Pinnacles National Park campground is open year round and situated along a seasonal creek and among large oak trees.

It is located east of Salinas Valley in Central California and has campsites for tents, trailers and RVs with 36 electric hookups. Group camping is also available at sites Sites 84 to have electric hookups and large spaces for RVs, but most do not have shade.

Sites are single-family campsites and a few have good shade from large oak trees. The campground has drinking water, modern toilets with flush toilets and showers, an RV dump station, campfire center, picnic area, swimming pool, visitor center and a camp store with supplies, firewood, ice, etc.

Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Pinnacles National Monument encompasses 26, acres of amazing rock formations created form an extinct 23 million-year old volcano. Rock climbing and hiking are very popular activities. Other outdoor recreation includes watching and photographing the California Condor and other wildlife.
