Went to the store in Palmdale, California, to fill out an application, it took at least 1 hour to finish this process, return on February 28, , to pay on a loan and re-borrow it back again, I work in LA and Live in Palmdale, it was a 2-hour wait just to pay back money I had already borrowed, had to leave and return again and still, it was no hope in getting this transaction done in a timely manner.

I was so frustrated and upset until I left again and came back for the third time and it was only two people to be waited on in this store, I had to wait 20 more minutes for assistance. I have never been to a store and waited this long for a check cashing transaction to get taken care of, so this was horrible!!!!
