I had this problem till I accidentally found when I swiped the screen up after it was unlocked a slider bar appeared that let me adjust the blurriness from none to totally blurry. Fixed instantly, can't imagine why anyone would want it blurry. Now, I do have this very same issue. I use a perfectly fine image of x pixels just like my monitor.
